Codebookie is a standalone management system for your affiliates, coupons and promotions for your business or e-commerce site.

A fully integrated e-commerce sites involves using our API to grab the coupon information from the Codebookie server, verifies the the transaction and post the final payment details back to the Codebookie server.

At it's most basic level this process flow goes something like this:

1.  At the checkout or product select page, the visitor enters the coupon code.
2.  Upon clicking the apply coupon button the coupon and sale information will be sent via AJAX or just a regular post/redirect, to the codeBookie server for validation.
3. Codebookie will validate the coupon code, calculate the discount amount and return the information along with a checkout token that can be used to change the pricing information for checkout on the shopping cart side.
4. Client checks and submits payment.  Once payment has been approved, the order information along with pricing data is returned back to the codeBookie server for records keeping.
